  • Well With Art PLLC
    • Well With Art PLLC, is a private art therapy and psychotherapy practice located in West Seattle. I work with teens and adults, individually and in groups. I believe that art and the creative process can be a form of healing and a way of sustaining one’s well-being. A well is a place which one can draw from when thirsty or in need of replenishment.  I believe that art making serves a similar purpose in providing essential growth and sustainability through a tangible activity. Art has always been a part of my life, professionally and personally, as I have used it as a means of expression, and as a method to cope with change, stress and transition. My focus is helping people achieve mental health, clarity and well-being, by using creative methods combined with psychotherapy techniques.
    • I am a board certified art therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. I see individuals ages 13+ and am private pay only.
  • Transformation Crossing
    • Integrative Holistic Coaching can best be described as coaching for “all of life.”  While it is not therapy, my clients refer to our sessions as therapeutic in their journey to show up in life for the people they love!
