Living Between the Races (Ushimaru)

Let’s get together and talk about raising multi-racial and transracially adopted children.  Most parents do not have firsthand experience of what it is like being multiracial or of a different race.  At this seminar we will talk about educating ourselves, how to teach our children to live in an ethnically diverse area, learn about local resources and how to educate others when you receive unkind statements or unwanted questions.  Bring photos of your children to share for this evening of questions, answers and discussion.
